The 165 CVX is a 6.5 inch coaxial speaker from the Polyglass line of Focal speakers and features an innovative built-in 12db/octave audiophile crossover, which adds no mounting depth to the design. This crossover is constructed using polypropylene capacitors and air core inductors for an extremely dynamic and neutral sound. The unique Polyglass cone is made from a layer of hollow glass micro-spheres over a cellulose pulp which greatly increases the rigidity of the cone without adding weight. It has an Aluminum inverted dome tweeter on a rotating swivel mount for easy adjustments and controlled directivity.
